\r\n\r\nOur orders can be paid with:\r\n\r\n\u2013 credit card\r\n\r\n\u2013 Paypal\r\n\r\n\u2013 bank transfer\r\n\r\n\u2013 Satispay (only if order is placed in Italy)\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\nDelivery<\/strong>\r\nGiuseppe Calvi & C.\u00a0 delivers in Italy, other European countries, SSwitserland, Norway, UK, USA, Canada and Japan.\u00a0 Shipment is made to the adress indicated by the customer at the moment of the order.\r\n\r\nDelivery is made at our risk: therefore if goods are lost or damaged by the courier we make a new shipment of what has not been deliveered or has been damaged, provided that the the lack of products or their damage has been marked on the delivery bill of the courier and it has been countersigned by the driver.\r\n\r\nIn case of damage we kindly ask you to inform us by email because we might not have been informed by the courier.\r\n\r\nDelivery cost<\/strong>\r\n\r\nDelivery cost is automatically calculated in the basket and can be checked before the final confirmation.\r\n\r\nDelivery cost varies depending on the value of the order and on the destination country of the oder.\r\n\r\nIn case of deliveries outside the European Union the Customer may be required to pay additional costs for duties or custom costs directly by the courier<\/strong>..\r\n\r\nOrder cancellation\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nClients can cancel an order already transmitted and not shipped yet, writing to posta@oliocalvi.it. Payment will be refunded.\r\n\r\nUnavailability of products<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIf any product ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will promptly inform the customer agreeing on the delivery methods of what is available.\r\n\r\nRight of withdrawal<\/strong>\r\nPursuant to Legislative Decree 06\/09\/05 N\u00b0206, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract and return the goods within 10 days of receipt, giving notice to Giuseppe Calvi & c. srl, Via Garessio 56, 18100 Imperia or by writing to\u00a0posta@oliocalvi.it.
