\nOur Porcini (Boletus) mushroom flavoured extra virgin olive oil is excellent for enriching many pasta sauces, and drizzled on pizza.
\nIt is also an alternative to the Truffle oil on beef “carpaccio”, great drizzled on fried or poached eggs, or your favourite mushroom risotto, or as a dip for warm crusty bread. Try it on “bresaola” or other dishes prepared with dried meat, egg noodles, mozzarella….<\/p>\n
Storage instructions <\/b>
\nExtra virgin olive oil must be stored away from direct sources of light since light greatly accelerates the natural phenomenon of oxidation. Prolonged exposure to heat also has a negative effect on the oil, even if less damaging than light. We advise you, therefore, to keep this product in a cool dark place, such as inside a kitchen cabinet and away from heat sources.
