Salsa Verde is a traditional sauce (translating literally as ‘green sauce’) from the Piedmont region – known as ‘bagnet verd’ in Piedmontese dialect: created to accompany meat based dishes such as bollito misto (a stew of boiled meats), however, it is a great versatile product and equally good with vegetables or on pasta.<\/p>\n

Uses <\/b>
\nProduct ready to use and enjoy in a variety of ways in the kitchen: ideal to combine with boiled and grilled meats, cheese and bourguignonne. Alternatively, try it on pasta instead of the traditional pesto, or together with roasted vegetables, grilled fish or chicken; as a dipping sauce for breadsticks or crudit\u00e9s. It goes equally well with boiled eggs.<\/p>\n
